Trust Your Gut at Ignite Phoenix 6

On March 30, 2010, I spoke at Ignite Phoenix 6 at the Mesa Arts Center in Mesa, AZ. The subject of my talk was “Trust Your Gut”, a subject I am pretty passionate about.

Like many others, I have made some big mistakes that in retrospect, my gut could have saved me from—if only I had been listening! I believe we talk ourselves out of our gut instincts far too often and should learn to develop and hone those skills. If you saw my talk, or not, you might be interested in learning more about trusting your gut. Following are some great resources I’ve found on the subject. I hope you like them. Please give me your feedback and let me know of any additional resources that you’ve found useful.

Have you read the book "The Gift of Fear" by Gavin De Becker? He talks a lot about trusting your gut when it comes to personal safety. I highly recommend it and anything else he's written.
